Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous housekeeping and laundry experience desired
- Ability to understand verbal and written instructions
- Ability to complete assignments thoroughly and on time
- Ability to work well with others as part of a team
- Polite and courteous to all residents, visitors, co-workers and management team
- Must be able to stand, walk, kneel, bend, grasp, push and pull for extended periods of time
- Must be able to lift 20 lbs and carry objects for up to 20 feet
- Must wear designated uniform during work hours and maintain good personal hygiene
- Must be willing to work a flexible schedule that includes weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Ensure assigned areas are clean, sanitary, safe and orderly
- Launder personal laundry items, linens, towels, blankets and departmental laundry per company procedures
- Fold laundry items and return them to correct locations in a timely manner
- Follow established sanitation and safety guidelines
- Work cooperatively with team members and management
- Maintain a polite and courteous attitude towards residents, visitors, and co-workers
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
