Job Duties
- Create warm, memorable dining moments by greeting guests with a smile and taking accurate orders
- Know the menu including ingredients, dietary needs, daily specials, and alcohol service guidelines to guide guests
- Deliver food and drinks quickly and accurately, ensuring order precision and guest satisfaction
- Manage multiple tables efficiently while maintaining cleanliness and composure in high-pressure settings
- Handle payment transactions with accuracy and follow all company and security protocols
- Keep the service area clean and safe by adhering to hygiene regulations and certifications
- Maintain stamina and energy to perform physically demanding tasks throughout the shift
