Job Requirements
- High school diploma or relevant hotel or field experience preferred
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills required
- Demonstrated initiative and ability to meet deadlines consistently
- Ability to assimilate and analyze complex information from various sources and adapt as needed
- Competence in understanding financial data and performing basic arithmetic functions
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in hospitality or customer service roles preferred
- Strong communication skills

Job Duties
- Greet, seat, and provide a warm welcome to guests
- Maintain a positive and professional appearance including uniform and nametag
- Follow safety and health regulations to ensure guest and team wellbeing
- Manage reservations, tables, and order flow to support smooth dining operations
- Assist with processing payments and tips accurately
- Participate in training sessions and take on additional responsibilities
- Demonstrate teamwork and reliability in all tasks
