Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one year experience in upscale restaurant, hotel or resort, or private club preferred
- Certification in liquor, wine, and food service including Alcohol Awareness preferred
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Strong multitasking and communication skills
- Must meet minimum age requirements and comply with responsible alcohol service standards
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and stand, walk, and perform other movements for extended periods
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Address guests by name and respond to requests
- Assist servers with menu presentations and food and beverage suggestions
- Prepare baskets with condiments and sides and ensure accurate and presentable orders
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and café areas
- Monitor supplies and stock levels
- Relay kitchen times to servers and management
- Complete daily and weekly checklists
