Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum one year experience in upscale restaurant, hotel or resort, or private club preferred
  • Certification in liquor, wine, and food service including Alcohol Awareness preferred
  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Strong multitasking and communication skills
  • Must meet minimum age requirements and comply with responsible alcohol service standards
  • Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and stand, walk, and perform other movements for extended periods

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum one year experience in upscale restaurant, hotel or resort, or private club preferred
  • Certification in liquor, wine, and food service including Alcohol Awareness preferred
  • Strong multitasking and communication skills
  • Ability to maintain professional appearance and meet responsible alcohol service standards
  • Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs

Job Duties

  • Address guests by name and respond to requests
  • Assist servers with menu presentations and food and beverage suggestions
  • Prepare baskets with condiments and sides and ensure accurate and presentable orders
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and café areas
  • Monitor supplies and stock levels
  • Relay kitchen times to servers and management
  • Complete daily and weekly checklists
