Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ progressive experience in hospitality or relevant college degree with related experience
- Proficient in Windows, spreadsheets, and word processing
- Strong financial and arithmetic skills
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stay composed and objective under pressure

Job Duties
- Ensure guests feel welcomed and provide outstanding hospitality from lounge to banquet
- Coach and train staff to maintain smooth shift operations
- Uphold standards for grooming, safety, and certifications including Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid
- Manage payroll, scheduling, and staff productivity tracking
- Ensure food quality and oversee promotions, inventory, and beverage purchasing
- Address guest requests and resolve concerns promptly
- Analyze reports, attend meetings, and support team across various tasks with positivity
