Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years’ progressive experience in hospitality or relevant college degree with related experience
  • Proficient in Windows, spreadsheets, and word processing
  • Strong financial and arithmetic skills
  • Supervisory experience preferred
  • Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to stay composed and objective under pressure

Job Duties

  • Ensure guests feel welcomed and provide outstanding hospitality from lounge to banquet
  • Coach and train staff to maintain smooth shift operations
  • Uphold standards for grooming, safety, and certifications including Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid
  • Manage payroll, scheduling, and staff productivity tracking
  • Ensure food quality and oversee promotions, inventory, and beverage purchasing
  • Address guest requests and resolve concerns promptly
  • Analyze reports, attend meetings, and support team across various tasks with positivity
