Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide recommendations on coffee shop and local area
- Maintain a polished look by following uniform and grooming guidelines and meet brand and safety standards
- Support daily coffee shop operations by managing transactions and inventory
- Help hire and train team members to encourage excellent service and teamwork
- Handle guest questions, requests, and special needs promptly
- Oversee cleanliness and operational standards of the coffee shop
- Assist Sales, Front Office, and Bellman/Van departments as needed
