Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent education and experience
  • Eight to ten years of relevant experience
  • Must meet all licensing and certification requirements
  • Minimum age of 21 years
  • Ability to organize, multitask, and manage time effectively for self and team
  • Ability to deliver outstanding guest service and maintain professionalism
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Eight to ten years of relevant experience in restaurant or hospitality management
  • Proven ability to deliver excellent guest service and contribute to business success
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
  • Effective communication and leadership abilities
  • Deep understanding of industry practices and standards
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and planning skills

Job Duties

  • Manage budgets, track finances, and maintain restaurant profitability
  • Ensure every dish and drink meets exceptional quality standards
  • Hire, train, and inspire a highly skilled team
