Job Requirements

  • Must be of legal age to serve liquor in State of Utah
  • ServSafe and responsible alcohol service certifications within the first 30 days of employment
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Minimum of 2 years of restaurant or food & beverage experience preferably in a luxury or fine dining setting
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Knowledge of wine pairings, coffee programs, and craft cocktail service
  • Experience with POS systems, reservations software, and inventory management

Job Duties

  • Assist in overseeing FOH operations at Latitude Restaurant ensuring smooth service and adherence to resort hospitality standards
  • Train, mentor, and supervise servers, bartenders, baristas, and hosts fostering a guest-first culture and high-performing team
  • Ensure efficient service flow by coordinating with the culinary team and beverage staff to maintain exceptional guest experiences
  • Assist in staff scheduling, labor management, and shift planning to optimize productivity and service levels
  • Support guest relations handling special requests, resolving concerns, and enhancing the overall dining and beverage experience
  • Maintain venue cleanliness, ambiance, and presentation ensuring all FOH areas uphold luxury service standards
  • Assist with inventory control, ordering, and stock management for restaurant and beverage operations
  • Lead pre-shift meetings communicating menu updates, promotions, and service expectations
  • Oversee cash handling, POS transactions, and accurate financial reporting for Latitude
  • Support event coordination and execution including private dining experiences coffee tastings and specialty beverage promotions
  • Other duties as assigned
