Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of restaurant or food and beverage experience
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of wine pairings, coffee programs, and craft cocktail service
- Experience with POS systems, reservations software, and inventory management
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ServSafe and responsible alcohol service certification preferred

Job Duties
- Assist in overseeing FOH operations at Latitude Restaurant, Lava Love Coffee Bar, and Flo Bar, ensuring smooth service and adherence to resort hospitality standards
- Train, mentor, and supervise servers, bartenders, baristas, and hosts, fostering a guest-first culture and high-performing team
- Ensure efficient service flow by coordinating with the culinary team and beverage staff to maintain exceptional guest experiences
- Assist in staff scheduling, labor management, and shift planning to optimize productivity and service levels
- Support guest relations, handling special requests, resolving concerns, and enhancing the overall dining and beverage experience
- Maintain venue cleanliness, ambiance, and presentation, ensuring all FOH areas uphold luxury service standards
- Assist with inventory control, ordering, and stock management for restaurant and beverage operations
- Lead pre-shift meetings, communicating menu updates, promotions, and service expectations
- Oversee cash handling, POS transactions, and accurate financial reporting for Latitude, Lava Love Coffee Bar, and Flo Bar
- Support event coordination and execution, including private dining experiences, coffee tastings, and specialty beverage promotions
- Other duties as assigned
