Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- 2-year degree preferred
- 3-5 years experience preferably in legal or professional services administration
- Experience with process recordkeeping, databases, and scanned documents
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Typing speed of at least 40 WPM
- Ability to maintain confidentiality about firm and recruiting matters
- Ability to understand overall recruiting and development process
- Knowledge of office methods, filing, spelling, grammar, and recruiting policies
Job Qualifications

- Experience managing process recordkeeping and databases
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Typing or word processing speed of at least 40 WPM
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Understanding of firm-wide recruiting and professional development processes
- Knowledge of basic office methods, including filing, spelling, grammar, and recruiting policies
Job Duties
- Coordinate lateral candidate recruiting efforts including initiating searches and posting on job boards
- Maintain and process fee agreements and search firm invoices
- Schedule interviews and candidate travel arrangements
- Track lateral candidates and provide periodic hiring reports
- Enter resumes into applicant tracking system and update databases
- Draft and send offer letters
- Run candidate background checks
- Assist with recruiting, diversity, and retention projects
- Attend recruiting team meetings and take notes
- Complete annual NALP Directory survey
- Prepare check requests and track department expenditures
- Make travel arrangements for recruiting leadership
- Maintain recruiting records and files
- Support Lateral Recruiting Specialist and student recruiting team
- Assist with planning recruiting events
- Perform other special projects as assigned
