Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of professional work experience
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Capability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player with professional demeanor
  • Ability to work overtime and weekend hours when necessary
  • Available for hybrid work schedule after three months
  • Must be able to perform essential job duties with frequent interruptions

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of professional work experience required, experience with lateral partner recruiting strongly preferred
  • Bachelors degree required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are required
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Exceptional customer service skills and professional demeanor
  • Highly organized and meticulously detail oriented
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple assignments
  • Resourceful team-player with polite and respectful attitude
  • Professional appearance and behavior at all times

Job Duties

  • Assist with coordinating Firmwide lateral partner recruiting efforts, including assisting with interview scheduling, onboarding, and orientation
  • Arrange and schedule lateral candidate interviews and meetings across offices, including maintaining calendars and appointment schedules, booking conference rooms, and preparing meeting materials
  • Keep updated candidate notes in the applicant tracking system
  • Attend and participate in weekly lateral partner recruiting update calls
  • Assist with general administrative duties as needed
  • Handle projects as assigned by Chief Recruiting Officer and the Lateral Partner Recruiting team
