Job Requirements
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Have reliable transportation
- Possess a passion for food and people
- Be able to work late nights until 4am
- Demonstrate problem-solving abilities
- Be self-motivated and organized
- Maintain a positive presence at all times
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in bar management or supervisory role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to maintain positive presence under pressure
- Experience in inventory management and ordering
- Knowledge of food and beverage service standards
- Ability to train and motivate staff
- Familiarity with vendor relations and promotions
Job Duties
- Perform any duty required of teammates including training new hires
- Communicate regularly with Beverage Director about shop needs and feedback
- Build and maintain relationships with third-party reps or vendors
- Coordinate regular cleaning and maintenance of bar and bar wares
- Lead staff by example and maintain use of opening and closing checklists
- Order all supplies and beverages in coordination with GM and Beverage Director
- Assist in bar staff and Spirit Guide training
- Maintain location workflow and improve efficiency
- Ensure promotional materials are visible and up-to-date
- Create and post weekly employee schedules
- Perform all other duties as assigned
