Job Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry supplies and equipment up to 50 lbs
- ability to bend, stoop, reach, wipe, lift, and grab
- sufficient mobility to move and operate in the work area
- ability to work inside and outside
- ability to observe wares for cleanliness and chemical labels for safe handling
- ability to stand and walk during a 4 to 8-hour shift
- ability to frequently immerse hands in water
- ability to work with all Denny's menu products
- ability to hear well in a loud environment
- meet any state, county, or municipal regulation pertaining to health risk concerns about food handling
- tolerate extreme temperature changes in kitchen and freezer areas
- ability to work with potentially hazardous chemicals

Job Duties
- Bussing and cleaning guests' tables
- operating and maintaining the dish room
- cleaning and organizing the back of the house
- maintaining and servicing restrooms
- keeping dining room tables sanitized
- managing supplies of dishes and utensils during shifts
- maintaining cleanliness and organization of front and back of house areas
