Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years old or older
  • Must have basic math skills including understanding of units of measure
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights, and weekends
  • Must possess excellent guest service skills
  • Must be dependable and able to learn basic tasks and follow instructions
  • Must possess reasonable ability to communicate in English both orally and in writing
  • Must meet health risk regulations pertaining to food handling
  • Must be able to pass all required tests and training
  • Must be able to lift and carry supplies and equipment up to 50 lbs
  • Must be able to stand and walk 85-95 percent of the shift
  • Must be able to work in varying temperatures in kitchen and freezer areas
  • Must be able to work with potentially hazardous chemicals
  • Must be able to move and operate in confined work areas
  • Must be able to read tickets, recipes, and product specification
  • Must have sufficient mobility to perform tasks
  • Must be able to hear well in a loud environment
  • Must meet local, state, and federal regulations regarding food handling
  • Must be able to work inside and outside the restaurant

Job Duties

  • Prepare food to set recipes following brand standards for proper food temperature and presentation
  • Honor guest requests for special orders
  • Correctly call the wheel
  • Clean, complete side work, and organize supplies as required
  • Monitor waste and other food cost controls
  • Assist other team members willingly without being asked
  • Provide total guest satisfaction
