Job Requirements

  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • must meet state, county, or municipal food handling regulations
  • able to lift and carry supplies and equipment up to 50 lbs
  • possess sufficient mobility to operate in confined work areas
  • able to work with all menu products
  • able to tolerate extreme temperature changes
  • able to use hazardous chemicals
  • must pass required tests and training
  • ability to stand and walk for 85 to 95 percent of the shift

Job Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years old or older
  • possess excellent guest service skills
  • have basic math skills including understanding units of measure
  • able to read tickets, recipes, and product specifications
  • able to communicate effectively in English both orally and in writing
  • value diversity and show respect for others
  • dependable and able to learn basic tasks and follow instructions

Job Duties

  • Prepare and present food to order following brand recipes and standards
  • honor guest requests for special orders
  • clean work areas, complete side work, and organize supplies
  • monitor waste and control food costs
  • assist other team members proactively
  • ensure total guest satisfaction
  • adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations
