This particular franchisee operates as a separate business entity from McDonald's USA, holding a license to use McDonald's iconic logos, products, and branding. While the franchisee runs the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, McDonald's USA does not control employment matters such as hiring, firing, staffing, scheduling, or employee discipline. Job Qualifications
