Job Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience working as a line cook and/or prep cook preferred
- Formal culinary training/degree preferred
- Responsible for full set up and preparation of hot and cold food items
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with all FOH/BOH staff
- Ability to take orders and work in a high-pressure, fast-moving environment
- Capable of standing for extended periods of time and lift up to 30 lbs
- Willing to work flexible work schedules that may include holidays and weekends
- Ability to obtain and maintain current, valid state-required licenses and or certifications such as Food Handler's Certificate

Job Duties
- Assist chef in preparation of all components of the menu items from appetizers to entrees
- Accurately measure foods and adjust recipes for food preparation process
- Train with chef/sous chef and act as backup for Garde Manger station in preparing salads, apps, and cold kitchen plates
- Actively participate in all kitchen cleaning duties, including station tear down, dishwashing, equipment cleaning, sweeping, mopping
- Ability to fill PARS and utilize order systems
