Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of full service casual dining management experience
  • team-minded and systems-oriented
  • commitment to delivering legendary guest experiences
  • ability to lead and develop a team
  • bachelor's degree preferred but not required
  • availability to work full-time in person

Job Qualifications

  • minimum of 3 years management experience in full service casual dining
  • proven leadership and team development skills
  • strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • experience with budgeting and financial management
  • ability to foster positive restaurant culture
  • proficiency in restaurant management systems

Job Duties

  • oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and quality
  • lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional customer service
  • implement and maintain restaurant policies and procedures
  • manage budgets, payroll, and financial reporting
  • foster a positive and productive workplace culture
  • monitor inventory and ordering processes
  • ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
