Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- physical ability to lift heavy items and stand for prolonged periods
- prior experience in hospitality or barback roles preferred
- excellent interpersonal skills
- must be legally authorized to work in the country
Job Qualifications
- previous experience in a bar or restaurant setting preferred
- strong communication and teamwork skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- basic knowledge of bar operations
- positive attitude and willingness to learn
- good physical stamina for long shifts
- dependable and punctual
Job Duties
- assist bartenders with restocking and preparing bar supplies
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- ensure timely removal of empty glasses and trash
- support in preparation of garnishes and drink ingredients
- communicate effectively with bartenders and other staff members
- help manage inventory levels and notify management of shortages
- uphold health and safety standards at all times
