Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- availability to work part-time including evenings and weekends
- ability to work on-site at the restaurant
- must be at least 18 years old
- capacity to handle physically demanding tasks
- good interpersonal and communication skills
- dependable and punctual
Job Qualifications
- prior experience in a bar or restaurant environment preferred
- ability to work in a fast-paced and high-volume setting
- strong communication and teamwork skills
- basic knowledge of bar operations
- physical ability to lift heavy items and stand for long periods
- commitment to excellent customer service
- willingness to learn and develop new skills
Job Duties
- support bartenders by restocking supplies and maintaining bar cleanliness
- assist with setting up and breaking down the bar area
- ensure the bar is fully stocked and organized during service
- clean glassware and bar equipment
- help maintain overall cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
- assist with inventory management and receiving deliveries
- provide excellent teamwork and communication with bartenders and other staff
