Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3-5 years of retail management experience
- At least 2 years experience in the cannabis industry preferred
- Extensive knowledge of cannabis products strains and consumption methods
- Proven leadership skills
- Strong understanding of state and local cannabis regulations
- Commitment to excellent customer service
- Proficiency in point-of-sale systems inventory management software and microsoft office suite

- Minimum of 3-5 years of retail management experience with at least 2 years in the cannabis industry preferred
- Extensive knowledge of cannabis products strains and consumption methods
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Strong understanding of state and local cannabis regulations and compliance requirements
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service and creating a positive shopping experience
- Proficiency in using point-of-sale pos systems inventory management software and microsoft office suite
- High school diploma or equivalent required additional education in business management cannabis studies or related fields is a plus
Job Duties
- Recruit train and manage a team of budtenders and other staff members fostering a positive and productive work environment
- Ensure exceptional customer service by training staff resolving customer complaints and maintaining a welcoming store atmosphere
- Oversee daily operations including opening and closing procedures cash handling and transaction processing
- Ensure full compliance with all state and local cannabis regulations including proper verification of customer identification and age and adherence to product handling guidelines
- Manage inventory levels perform regular audits and coordinate with suppliers to ensure product availability and accuracy
- Monitor sales performance prepare detailed sales reports and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Develop and implement store promotions and marketing strategies to drive sales and enhance customer experience
- Manage store budget control expenses and optimize resource allocation to achieve financial targets
- Ensure the safety and security of the store staff and customers by implementing and maintaining security protocols
