- Knowledge of proper sanitation, food safety and security procedures
- Understanding of specs, cook times, and plate presentation
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain pace and intensity for extended periods
- Reliability and dependability by being punctual and adhering to schedules
- Maintain positive working relationships with team members and managers
