Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Night and weekend availability
  • Meet minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol
  • Ability to walk, bend, stand for periods, and occasionally lift objects with assistance
  • Two years of related experience
  • Commitment to excellent guest service

Job Duties

  • Take, deliver, and close out food and beverage orders
  • Learn menu, promotions, and specials and relay them to guests
  • Check back with guests routinely
  • Assist guests with all questions, requests, and issue resolution
  • Help keep the center clean
  • Set up, stock, and organize assigned work area
  • Recommend and upsell the center experience
