Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old to meet state legal age for alcohol service
Ability to walk, bend, and stand for extended periods
Must lift objects with some assistance
Capable of working as part of a team
Effective communication skills
Prior experience in the entertainment or food service industry preferred

Job Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of related experience
High school diploma optional
Exceptional interpersonal skills
Strong commitment to guest service
Ability to work in a fast-paced entertainment environment

Job Duties

Take, deliver, and close out food and beverage orders
Learn menu, promotions, and specials and relay them to guests
Check back with guests routinely
Assist guests with all questions, requests, and issue resolution
Help keep the center clean
Set up, stock, and organize assigned work area
Recommend and upsell the center experience
