Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Minimum one-year experience in a serving or related role
- Must have customer service experience
- Must have cash handling experience
- Must be fluent in English
- Must be available for day and night shifts
- Must have a positive, upbeat demeanor and outgoing personality
- Must adhere to company policies and attendance guidelines

- Strong customer service, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
- Must be fluent in English
- Bartending experience (preferred)
- High school diploma (preferred)
- Responsible Alcohol Training (preferred)
- ServSafe certified or able to complete certification within 60 days of hire (preferred)
Job Duties
- Provide courteous, professional, and personalized service
- Cheerfully greet each guest that is seated in your area
- Make sure each guest has a menu and/or is comfortable accessing the menu by scanning the QR code
- Take each guest's food and alcohol orders
- Deliver and properly present all food and beverages
- Keep assigned areas clean and empty of used glasses and plates
- Thank everyone for visiting
- Up-sell guest food and beverage orders
- Constantly look for service opportunities
- Assist guests with scoring or bowling needs if necessary
- Respond to and resolve guest complaints, involving the Manager on Duty when necessary
- Memorize the food and beverage menu and stay updated on changes
- Maintain a strong working knowledge of the POS system and stay current with training updates
- Remain knowledgeable about center events so you can properly respond to guest inquiries
- Check identification of customers to make sure they meet age requirements for purchase of alcohol
- Monitor guest drinking patterns
- Meet the attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to regulatory, departmental and company policies
