Job Requirements
- college degree or certification in culinary field or hospitality preferred
- minimum of 2 years experience in a high-volume kitchen, preferably hotel or resort setting
- knowledge of culinary techniques and cuisines
- strong leadership and team motivation skills
- excellent verbal and written communication
- inventory management skills
- ability to work under pressure and multitask
- understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- communicates daily with the Executive Chef regarding planning, staffing, and internal procedures
- completes daily food requisitions and daily specials
- assists in the hiring, training, and coaching of kitchen team members
- plays an integral role in menu development
- manages inventory including ordering and receiving products
- maintains a clean and organized kitchen
- ensures all dishes are prepared to perfection
