Job Duties
- Welcome guests with a warm smile and island-style enthusiasm
- guide guests through our food and beverage menu with confidence and recommendations
- take accurate food and beverage orders and deliver them efficiently
- ensure tables are clean, organized, and beach-ready
- anticipate guest needs and provide attentive service throughout the dining experience
- promote seasonal specials, featured cocktails, and LandShark favorites
- process payments accurately and responsibly
- work collaboratively with bartenders, hosts, food runners, and kitchen team members
- maintain cleanliness and safety standards at all times
