Job Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company recipes and standards
- Create signature island cocktails with speed, accuracy, and flair
- Engage guests with upbeat, friendly conversation and personalized service
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar
- Monitor guest consumption and ensure responsible alcohol service
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems
- Support fellow team members to keep the vibe smooth and stress-free
