Job Requirements
- minimum 5 years cooking experience
- minimum 2 years banquet chef experience preferred
- valid food/beverage service worker permit where applicable
- able to read, write and speak English
- meet minimum age requirement of jurisdiction
- minimum 2 years kitchen management experience
- college degree or certification in culinary or hospitality field preferred

Job Duties
- supervise and coordinate food preparation activities
- purchase and requisition kitchen ingredients and supplies
- plan menus and control food costs
- supervise stewarding to ensure cleanliness
- supervise cooks to maintain food quality and presentation
- manage inventory, storage, and distribution of food supplies
- ensure compliance with safety and health standards
