- relevant customer service experience preferred
- ability to perform skincare services following proper protocols
- flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- physical stamina for prolonged periods on sales floor and ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- excellent communication skills

Job Duties

- demonstrate extensive knowledge of Lancme skincare, makeup, and fragrance products
- perform skincare services on customers faces following training and protocol
- develop and maintain dynamic relationships with customers and retailers
- fulfill business needs through value-based selling
- participate in all required training sessions to enhance skills and product knowledge
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and product displays
