Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- one to two years of related customer service experience
- ability to deliver messages accurately and timely
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to stand or walk for long periods
- availability to work evenings, weekends, and events
- ability to follow safety and emergency procedures
- physical ability to climb steps and occasionally lift 50 lbs
- must adhere to dress code and uniform standards
- ability to work as part of a team
- ability to maintain professionalism in high-pressure situations
Job Qualifications
- Requires general education normally acquired in high school
- approximately one to two years related experience in fast-paced customer service
- proven interpersonal and customer service skills
- ability to deal with patrons tactfully and discreetly
- understands concept of extreme customer service and exceeding expectations
- analytical ability to determine appropriate course of action for customer concerns and safety issues
- enthusiasm and responsiveness to customer needs
- ability to portray positive company image
- follows dress code including uniform polo shirt and tan or khaki slacks
- availability to work Packers home games and related events including days, evenings, nights, and weekends
- able to stand or walk for entire shift of 6-8 hours
- normal hearing and correctable vision to 20/20
- able to frequently climb and descend steps
- occasional ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- able to communicate professionally
- able to resolve problems and handle conflict
- able to maintain long attention span to listen and bring issues to resolution
Job Duties
- Demonstrates and embodies the PMI Entertainment Group culture and customer service values
- delivers text messages to ushers with complaint details, violation information, complaint seat location, and code of conduct cards
- delivers messages to patrons and handles complaints
- radios information to PMI Text Message Admin including four-digit number and action taken
- serves as a resource to guests regarding facility and events including restroom, telephone, first aid station, elevator locations, future event information, office locations and seating capacity
- maintains neat and clean appearance with positive communication to patrons
- resolves ticketing or seating concerns or complaints professionally
- understands and performs safety and emergency evacuation policies and directs guests to proper emergency exit routes
- enforces policies such as no-smoking areas and appropriate patron conduct
- implements crowd control procedures
- reports large or biohazard spills to supervisor and cleans up small spills
- maintains knowledge of facility layout including exits, first aid rooms, ticket office, seating areas, ADA sections, and lost and found
- follows direction from guest services or usher supervisors
