Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in food and beverage management or a related hospitality role
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Physical capability to perform job duties involving moderate lifting
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of food and beverage regulations and cost control measures
  • Excellent communication skills

  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as internal policies
  • Support and coordinate special events and functions
  • Monitor and assist with food and beverage cost control
