Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food and beverage management or a related hospitality role
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Physical capability to perform job duties involving moderate lifting
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Knowledge of food and beverage regulations and cost control measures
- Excellent communication skills

- Support and coordinate special events and functions
- Monitor and assist with food and beverage cost control
