Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum one year experience working as a bartender in the food and beverage industry
- Ability to complete Broadmoor Alcohol Awareness training
- Must be at least 18 years of age in compliance with state liquor laws
- Flexibility in schedule due to changing shifts
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
- Willingness to work in both indoor and outdoor environments
- Ability to maintain professional and polite attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- At least one year of bartending experience in the food and beverage industry
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Experience with order processing
- Ability to complete Broadmoor Alcohol Awareness training
- Friendly and energetic team member
- Knowledge of Colorado liquor laws
Job Duties
- Execute service duties in accordance with Forbes AAA inspection standards and Broadmoor Standards of Excellence
- Maintain knowledge of, abide by, and enforce Colorado liquor laws
- Mix ingredients such as liquor, soda, water, sugar, and bitters to prepare cocktails or other drinks
- Serve mixed drinks, frozen cocktails, wine, canned or draft beer
- Maintain thorough menu knowledge and recommend items to guests as necessary
- Serve food from kitchen to guests in an efficient manner
- Communicate with serving staff and kitchen staff to ensure accuracy of orders
