Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Female attendant to maintain privacy and professionalism
- Minimum one year of housekeeping or cleaning experience
- Must be able to reach, bend, stoop, stand, and lift up to 40 lbs
- Ability to communicate fluently in English
- Flexible schedule availability
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment and vehicles safely
- Commitment to maintaining club standards and discretion
Job Qualifications
- Female attendant for a ladies only locker room
- Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience required
- At least one year experience in a similar operation
- Helpful, pleasant, hard-working, and dependable individual
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests, members, and co-workers
- Ability to use cleaning equipment and supplies
- Knowledge of vacuuming, mopping, window cleaning, and towel handling
- Ability to operate gas powered or electric utility vehicles
- Adherence to dress and grooming standards
- Ability to follow emergency procedures
- Physical ability to reach, bend, stoop, stand, and lift up to 40 lbs
Job Duties
- Provide exceptional and efficient guest service including friendly and attentive service while maintaining professionalism at the clubhouse locker room and area
- Maintain cleanliness and stocking of the ladies' locker room and restrooms at all times
- Maintain all ladies golf and dress shoes according to club and industry standards
- Properly place shoes in members' lockers upon completion
- Perform daily cleaning services including vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, window cleaning, bathroom cleaning, and towel replenishment
- Serve beverages and/or food/snacks to ladies in both areas
- Maintain an accurate record of locker assignments and forward billing information to Clubhouse Director/Manager as needed
- Communicate with the Clubhouse Receptionist to personalize each member's locker
- Maintain locker room supplies sufficient to operate the facility daily
- Address member needs and requests immediately and professionally
- Assist Food and Beverage Director/Managers with paperwork, recordkeeping, and other requests
- Report all maintenance, safety, and security issues to management immediately
- Communicate with housekeeping department regarding locker room care
- Follow Quail Ridge dress and grooming standards and emergency procedures
- Operate all company equipment and vehicles properly
- Perform other functions as assigned by management
