Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
2-5 years of related experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Skilled in MS Excel spreadsheets and Word documents and other basic computer skills
Knowledge of food and beverage manufacturing processes
Ability to handle complex duties and prioritize multiple tasks effectively

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
2-5 years of related experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Working knowledge of food and beverage manufacturing operations, including experience with kettle mixers, scales, and micro lab processes

Works within a team environment to share information and help others as needed
Analyzes sensory, chemical and physical characteristics of lab, pilot plant and production samples using a refractometer, pH meter, viscometer and other instruments
Supports Product Development scientist, technologist and pilot plant activities
Plans and conducts a complete project of significant scope
Communicates results of tasks in oral and written form
Often trains other technicians in variety of complex techniques
Performs other related duties as assigned
