Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, or related discipline
  • Practical experience or internship in food science, manufacturing, or laboratory setting
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to operate basic lab equipment and perform measurements
  • Effective communication and teamwork capabilities
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Support research and development projects through formula preparation, scaling, and product testing, including sensory evaluations
  • Assist in planning, scheduling, and preparing for lab work to ensure projects remain on track
  • Maintain organized records of formulations, test results, and observations in accordance with established procedures
  • Oversee lab inventory, cleanliness, and sample shipments to maintain an efficient work environment
  • Conduct routine quality checks and assist with analytical testing to ensure consistency and accuracy
  • Collaborate with scientists and developers to execute experiments, collect data, and provide operational support
  • Contribute to process improvements and lab efficiency initiatives as the team grows
