- Practical experience or internship in food science, manufacturing, or laboratory setting
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Job Duties
- Support research and development projects through formula preparation, scaling, and product testing, including sensory evaluations
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and preparing for lab work to ensure projects remain on track
- Maintain organized records of formulations, test results, and observations in accordance with established procedures
- Oversee lab inventory, cleanliness, and sample shipments to maintain an efficient work environment
- Conduct routine quality checks and assist with analytical testing to ensure consistency and accuracy
- Collaborate with scientists and developers to execute experiments, collect data, and provide operational support
- Contribute to process improvements and lab efficiency initiatives as the team grows
