Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of training and experience
- All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions
- Experience maintaining and repairing fitness equipment preferred
- Ability to work full-time, 40 hours per week
- Availability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
- Permanent employment status
- Eligibility to pass criminal and sex offender background checks

Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of training and experience
- Master's degree preferred or at least 2 years of related work experience
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience managing labs in a health and human service field
- Experience working with faculty and medical professionals
- Ability to build authentic partnerships with faculty, staff, students, and community partners
- Technical skills such as report development, focus group facilitation, and project management
- Practice independent decision making on complex projects
Job Duties
- Provide technical and mechanical support for simulations, interprofessional education, and research approved by Director of Operations
- Manage and operate labs and technical equipment within CHHS
- Maintain, upgrade, and repair technical equipment in labs by ensuring functionality and requesting parts and replacements as needed
- Install and troubleshoot programs used for instruction
- Serve as the primary point of contact for faculty, staff, students, and community partners' lab equipment and software needs
- Coordinate space planning of labs to optimize teaching, research, and community engagement
- Serve as IT's point of contact for shared lab computers within the college
