Job Requirements
- At least five years of progressive hotel experience (Rooms or Food and Beverage) or a four-year degree with 2-3 years relevant experience, or a two-year degree with 3-4 years related experience
- Supervisory background required
- Ability to stay calm and objective under pressure
- Must hold or obtain certifications such as Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in Windows Operating Systems
- Ability to handle financial information and reporting

Job Duties

- Maintain clear and effective communication with colleagues and guests
