Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel or hospitality management
- Ability to work a minimum of 47.5 hours per week
- Capacity to direct the work of at least three full-time associates

- Assist General Manager in achieving hotel profitability through revenue generation
- Control costs effectively to maximize profits
- Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction
- Develop and manage associates
- Work required hours to complete job responsibilities
- Direct the work of at least three full-time associates or equivalents
