Job Duties
- Lead, train, and motivate service staff including servers, runners, and hosts to uphold fine dining standards
- Act as liaison between culinary team and dining room to ensure timely coordination of food service with show
- Serve as primary point of contact for guest interactions, managing seating, welcoming guests, and resolving service issues
- Oversee pre-shift preparations including table settings and wine presentation
- Manage closing duties including cash-outs and daily operational reporting
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of menu offerings, dietary restrictions, and specialized beverage program
- Serve as show host character, engaging guests with natural stage presence and theatrical storytelling
- Introduce each course with immersive storytelling, humor, and energy
- Synchronize real-world service with audio-visual show cues
- Manage overall ambiance to maintain magical and theatrical experience
