Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 3 years culinary experience including leadership roles
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • excellent interpersonal and team leadership abilities
  • culinary training or certification preferred

Job Qualifications

  • minimum of 3 years progressive culinary experience
  • experience as a Lead Cook or Sous Chef
  • strong knowledge of cooking methods and preparation techniques
  • ability to lead and delegate effectively
  • excellent communication skills
  • professionalism under pressure
  • passion for culinary excellence

Job Duties

  • manage hourly and back-of-house staff
  • assist in day-to-day kitchen operations including production and prep
  • oversee special and private events
  • manage stewarding, purchasing, and receiving
  • ensure all food is properly prepared and presented
  • lead the kitchen in the absence of the Executive Chef
  • maintain a cohesive team and work calmly under pressure
