Job Requirements
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred
- three years of progressing culinary roles
- one year in leadership position like Lead Cook or Sous Chef
- ability to lead and manage kitchen staff
- strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
- ability to multitask and handle fast-paced environments
- effective interpersonal and communication skills
Job Qualifications
- Minimum three years of progressive culinary experience
- at least one year in Lead Cook or Sous Chef role
- strong knowledge of cooking methods and preparation techniques
- proven leadership and team management skills
- ability to work effectively under pressure
- strong communication and organizational skills
- passion for high-energy kitchen environments
Job Duties
- Manage hourly and back-of-house staff
- assist in day-to-day kitchen operations including production and prep
- oversee special and private event catering
- handle stewarding, purchasing, and receiving
- ensure proper food preparation and presentation
- lead kitchen operations in absence of Executive Chef
- maintain kitchen standards and team cohesion under pressure
