Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum two years of experience in a dining or similar service role
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain composure in a busy environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Must be at least 18 years old

Job Duties
- Act as an ambassador for La Lucha by sharing the restaurant's unique and nostalgic story with guests
- Guide guests through the menu and explain the history behind each dish
- Provide exceptional and memorable service to every guest
- Work calmly and efficiently under pressure during busy service times
- Anticipate guests' needs and proactively respond to their cues
- Maintain a positive and energetic attitude throughout shifts
- Collaborate respectfully with team members to ensure smooth operations
