Job Duties
- welcome guests warmly and create a positive first impression
- manage guest reservations and seating arrangements using OpenTable
- coordinate effectively with kitchen and service staff to control guest flow and wait times
- remain calm and professional under pressure to handle busy periods smoothly
- observe guest behavior to assess satisfaction and proactively address issues
- collaborate with team members to maintain a supportive and respectful working environment
- assist guests with inquiries and provide information about menu and restaurant policies
