Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous customer service experience
- strong communication skills
- ability to work under pressure
- availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- friendly and outgoing personality
- knowledge of OpenTable software preferred

- previous experience in a host/hostess or customer service role preferred
- strong interpersonal and communication skills

- familiarity with reservation management software such as OpenTable preferred

Job Duties
- greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- manage reservations and seating using OpenTable software
- maintain a calm and efficient approach during high-volume service periods
- coordinate with the front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure smooth guest flow
- actively read and respond to guests’ needs and satisfaction levels
- address guest concerns proactively and effectively
- assist in other front-of-house duties as needed
