Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a similar steward or dishwashing role preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Job Duties
- Operate dish machine efficiently and maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dish area
- Support culinary team during service to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain the integrity of recipes by properly handling kitchenware and tools
- Follow all sanitation and safety protocols strictly
- Organize kitchen supplies and equipment to promote efficiency
- Assist with dishwashing and general kitchen cleaning tasks
