Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous dishwashing or steward experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 pounds
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain cleanliness standards
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience operating a dish machine in a high-volume restaurant preferred

Job Duties
- Operate and maintain dishwashing equipment to ensure cleanliness of kitchenware
- Support the culinary team by maintaining an organized and clean kitchen environment
- Adhere to hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen area
- Assist with proper storage and handling of kitchen supplies and equipment
- Work efficiently during peak service hours to support kitchen operations
- Inspect and clean kitchen areas regularly to uphold sanitation standards
- Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth workflow in a fast-paced environment
