Job Duties
- follow recipes and culinary standards to prepare high-quality dishes
- manage and maintain cleanliness and organization of the cooking station
- communicate effectively with kitchen team and front-of-house staff
- expedite food orders efficiently and promptly
- maintain food safety and sanitation standards
- assist in inventory management and restocking of supplies
- proactively identify and resolve kitchen issues
