Job Requirements

- Proven experience and expertise in mixology
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Previous experience as a bartender preferred
- Familiarity with alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Strong communication skills

- Must meet legal age requirement for serving alcohol
- Willingness to work flexible schedule including nights holidays and weekends
- Must be 21 years of age or over

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience and expertise in mixology with knowledge of various cocktails spirits and drink preparation techniques
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- Previous experience as a bartender in a busy bar or restaurant setting is preferred but not mandatory
- Familiarity with a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and the ability to educate guests about them
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to handle multiple drink orders and tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and efficiency
- Must meet the legal age requirement for serving alcoholic beverages in your location
- Must be willing and able to work a flexible schedule to include nights holidays and weekends

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve a diverse range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages including cocktails beers wines and specialty drinks following established recipes and presentation standards
- Offer personalized drink recommendations to guests based on their preferences highlighting the unique features of each beverage
- Greet guests warmly take drink orders efficiently and provide attentive service throughout their time at the bar ensuring an enjoyable experience
- Suggest premium or specialty drinks to increase sales and enhance the guests' bar experience
- Pay close attention to drink presentation garnishing cocktails with creativity and precision
- Process cash and credit card transactions accurately and handle money responsibly following established cash-handling procedures
- Ensure the bar area is clean organized and well-stocked with supplies including glassware garnishes and beverages
- Comply with local alcohol service laws and regulations monitoring guest intoxication levels and refusing service when necessary
- Engage guests in lively conversation and provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere fostering a sense of community within the bar
- Work collaboratively with bar staff kitchen staff and management to maintain a smooth flow of service and a positive team environment
- Temporary or permanent duties and responsibilities may be added to or modified as deemed necessary
