Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience and expertise in mixology
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience as a bartender in a busy bar or restaurant setting preferred
  • Familiarity with various alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and maintain accuracy
  • Must meet legal age requirements for alcohol service
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
  • Minimum age of 21 years

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience and expertise in mixology with knowledge of various cocktails spirits and drink preparation techniques
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
  • Familiarity with a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and the ability to educate guests about them
  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to handle multiple drink orders and tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and efficiency
  • Must meet the legal age requirement for serving alcoholic beverages
  • Must be willing and able to work a flexible schedule including nights holidays and weekends
  • Applicants must be 21 years of age or over

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve a diverse range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages including cocktails beers wines and specialty drinks following established recipes and presentation standards
  • Offer personalized drink recommendations to guests based on their preferences highlighting the unique features of each beverage
  • Greet guests warmly take drink orders efficiently and provide attentive service throughout their time at the bar ensuring an enjoyable experience
  • Suggest premium or specialty drinks to increase sales and enhance the guests' bar experience
  • Pay close attention to drink presentation garnishing cocktails with creativity and precision
  • Process cash and credit card transactions accurately and handle money responsibly following established cash-handling procedures
  • Ensure the bar area is clean organized and well-stocked with supplies including glassware garnishes and beverages
  • Comply with local alcohol service laws and regulations monitoring guest intoxication levels and refusing service when necessary
  • Engage guests in lively conversation and provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere fostering a sense of community within the bar
  • Work collaboratively with bar staff kitchen staff and management to maintain a smooth flow of service and a positive team environment
